The Holiday Gala will be at the Center for Fine Arts (CFA), UW Platteville
ALL CHOIRS report to CFA choral music room at 7:00 pm dressed in concert uniform.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE GALA
The Gala is a University event, and the Children’s choirs sing for only a portion of the program near the beginning. One purpose of the Gala is to raise funds for scholarships for music students. As such, all Gala attendees must purchase a ticket.
If you wish to buy tickets, you should purchase them soon as they may sell out.
Everyone seated in the Concert Hall during the concert needs a ticket, including your child. Call the box office, 608-342-1298 or online HYPERLINK “https://www.uwplatt.edu/box-office/tickets” https://www.uwplatt.edu/box-office/tickets
Following are two options about how you can handle the Gala concerts. Please make your plans and let your child know. There will be no adult supervision of the children after they sing, therefore:
– IF you want your child to sit with you after they perform, they must have a ticket with them because it is reserved seating. Interns and directors will help them find their seats.
– IF you plan to have your child sing and not attend the concert, you should pick them up
in the choral room immediately after they perform (at about 7:50pm).
